The Challenge

Trigoが目指したのは、顧客の行動をリアルタイムで正確に追跡できる、ストレスフリーな買い物体験です。商品を棚に戻したり別の商品と入れ替えたりといった予測しづらい買い物客の動きに対応しながら、数百台のカメラから送られてくるデータを同時に処理する必要がありました。グローバル展開を進めるスタートアップとして、急増するデータ量と複数地域にまたがる店舗運営を支える、スケーラブルでコスト効率の高いインフラが求められていました。

The Solution

TrigoはDoiT Internationalと連携し、Google Cloudソリューションを導入しました。マイクロサービスのオートスケーリングにはGoogle Kubernetes Engine、拡大し続けるデータベースにはCloud Bigtable、変動するデータストリームの制御にはPub/Sub、メインのデータウェアハウスにはBigQueryを採用。この構成により、店舗エコシステムの3Dモデリングと、世界各地の店舗から届く買い物データのリアルタイム処理を実現しています。

Trigoとは

課題
