特に大きな成果を生んだ施策のひとつが、SSDストレージ利用状況に焦点を当てたインサイトレビューです。Extenda Retailのインフラは高性能SSDへの依存度が高く、クラウド支出の大きな割合を占めていました。カスタマイズしたSSDフィルターで実際のスループットに基づきworkloadsを分析した結果、多くのサービスが本来必要としない性能のプレミアムSSDリソースを消費していることが判明。これを踏まえた戦略的なストレージ階層の再配置により、システムの信頼性を保ちながら無駄を削減しました。

AI施策の支援

DoiTは、顧客とエンドユーザーの双方を対象とするAIチャットボットの初期検討段階からExtenda Retailを支援しました。専用のアーキテクチャセッションでは、設計パターン、データ要件、ソリューションを支えるGoogle Cloudサービスを共同でレビュー。この指針が技術アプローチの妥当性検証を後押しし、新たなAI技術に関する意思決定の加速につながりました。

今後の展開
