Fast Company today published its seventh annual list of the 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators. DoiT placed #98, marking our third appearance on the list.
The recognition reflects sustained investment in product innovation, workforce growth, and professional development across the company. Our internal Shark Tank-style Tech Challenge, an annual program that surfaces new ideas from across the organization, played a central role in this year's ranking.
How the list is built
Fast Company evaluates applicants on projects, investment, companywide programs, and workplace culture. Editors score each submission and conduct additional research. A separate judging panel then reviews the top 125 companies to finalize the list.
