How do I connect Twilio?
Find Twilio in the integrations catalog, enter your account SID, an account name and your API credentials, and test the connection. Once it passes, save to finish.
What credentials are needed?
A Standard API key created in the Twilio console, entered as api_key_sid:api_secret, plus your account SID. You need the Administrator or Developer role in Twilio and the Billing Profiles Admin permission with us.
How fresh is the data, and how much history do I get?
We refresh Twilio data daily, and it is typically available within 48 hours. Historical usage data is imported on first connection, which can take a few hours.
Which dimensions and labels are available?
Charges map to Provider, Billing Account and Project/Account ID (account SID), Service (usage category) and SKU (usage description). Labels add Category, account display name and a high-level Service group.
Can I connect more than one Twilio account?
Yes. Each connection is a separate account with its own display name, so you can compare or allocate spend across accounts.
