What do I need to connect Cloudflare?
Your Cloudflare account ID and an API token with Billing Read permission. You enter both in the integrations catalog and test the connection before saving.
How much history do you import?
We import the usage data Cloudflare makes available, roughly the last two billing cycles. Earlier history can't be imported because Cloudflare's billable usage API doesn't serve it.
How fresh is the data?
We refresh Cloudflare billing data every six hours. Data is typically available within 48 hours of Cloudflare generating it.
Does it work with Enterprise contract accounts?
Cloudflare's billable usage API doesn't serve usage data for Enterprise contract accounts, so the connection shows an amber No data status. It's a provider-side limitation, not a configuration problem.
How is Cloudflare spend broken down?
Charges map to your account, zone, service and charge description. Labels add service family, unit, AI product and, for subscriptions, plan, state and billing frequency.
Where do Workers AI and Vectorize costs show up?
You can filter them with the AI Product label in Cloud Analytics. They also appear in the GenAI Intelligence dashboard alongside your other GenAI providers.
