What do I need to connect Grafana Cloud?
Your Grafana organization slug and an access policy token. You enter both in the integrations catalog and test the connection before saving.
Which token scopes are required?
The access policy needs the billing-metrics:read and orgs:read scopes. You need admin access in Grafana Cloud to create it.
How fresh is the data?
We refresh Grafana Cloud data daily, and it's typically available within 48 hours of Grafana generating it. Historical billing data is imported when you first connect.
How is Grafana usage broken down?
Each charge maps to your organization as the billing account, the stack as the project, and the Grafana service and usage category, such as active_series or log_volume.
Can I split costs by stack?
Yes. The stack slug is available as Project/Account ID and as a label, so you can filter, group and allocate Grafana spend by stack.
How does it show next to other providers?
