Frequently asked
questions

How do I connect RunPod to Cloud Intelligence™?

Create an API key with Read Only permission in the RunPod console under Settings > API Keys, switching to your team first if you use one. Then open Data ingestion and integrations > Integrations, find RunPod, enter an account name and the key, and test the connection before saving. You need the Billing Profiles Admin permission.

How fresh is RunPod data?

We refresh your RunPod spend every six hours. RunPod reports billing by UTC day, and we import each day once it has closed. On first connect we import up to 12 months of history, which can take a few hours, and you get an email when it is ready.

Which RunPod services are imported?

Pods, including GPU and CPU compute and the Pod's container and volume disk. Serverless endpoint workers, both flex and active. And network volume storage, standard and high-performance.

Which dimensions and labels are imported?

Charges map to Provider, Billing account, Project, Service and Resource, with the Pod ID or Serverless endpoint ID as project and resource. Labels include Account, Pod and Serverless endpoint. Pod and Serverless usage is measured in billed hours, and network volumes in GB.

Are RunPod credit purchases included?

No. We import the usage charges RunPod deducts from your account balance, in USD. Credit purchases, promotional credits and invoices are not imported.

How does RunPod show up next to my other AI providers?

RunPod costs appear on the GenAI Intelligence dashboard alongside the other supported GenAI providers, so GPU spend sits next to your model and API spend.
