What does the Looker integration do?
It shows the SKUs related to your current Looker contract on the Looker assets page and lets you request new Looker licenses from the console.
Does it import Looker usage or cost data into reports?
No. The Looker integration is for managing Looker licenses on your contract, not for importing Looker data.
How do I request more Looker licenses?
On the Looker card, select Manage, then Make license request. Enter your email address and a brief description of your requirement, and send it.
Does the request change my contract right away?
No. Once you send the request, we contact you shortly before making any changes.
Which permissions do I need?
The Assets Manager permission, plus access to the billing profile associated with the subscription domain.
Can I change the billing profile for Looker assets?
Yes. Open an expert inquiry and we'll move the Looker assets to the billing profile you need.
