DoiT has acquired CloudWize, a multi-cloud security posture and compliance platform. The deal extends DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ beyond financial management into security posture, compliance, and automated guardrails. It is part of DoiT's $250 million investment in AI-driven CloudOps and FinOps.
What CloudWize brings
CloudWize runs a continuous Security Graph for incident response investigations on AWS. The platform:
- Detects misconfigurations, compliance drift, and attack paths
- Automates remediation through policy-as-code guardrails
- Connects security findings to direct cost impact
- Covers AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
Why it matters
Many FinOps and CloudOps problems begin as security drift or misconfiguration. By catching these issues earlier, teams prevent the waste, outages, and risk they create downstream.
The combined platform lets organizations:
- Prioritize risks by business impact
- Automate remediation through DoiT CloudFlow
- Accelerate compliance without adding waste
- Align SecOps, DevOps, and FinOps on shared priorities
Context
CloudWize follows DoiT's acquisitions of PerfectScale for Kubernetes optimization and LiveDiagrams for architecture visualization. Together, these additions build an intent-aware platform where spend and security decisions share the same context.
"We've built our platform to catch cost anomalies in real time, but the best problem is the one you never create. CloudWize turns posture into guardrails, and guardrails into lower spend." — Vadim Solovey, CEO, DoiT
