Meet Signaturit Group

Signaturit Group, based in Spain, is a European leader in trust services for secure end-to-end digital transactions. It provides secure end-to-end digital transactions on a modular platform that helps organizations balance business acceleration with emerging digital risks. Its solutions span the entire digital trust lifecycle, from digital identity management and KYC processes to advanced electronic signatures and long-term legal preservation. Signaturit Group designs digital workflows focused on enhancing onboarding processes and transaction management.

The Challenge

Signaturit Group needed to provide secure and reliable infrastructure while complying with stringent regulations including KYC and AML procedures. Running operations in-house made it difficult to elastically scale during demand spikes without risking latency. The company needed a solution to support 20% annual growth while improving performance and integrating AI for customer queries.

The Solution

DoiT conducted in-depth analyses and provided step-by-step guidance for migrating to AWS. The solution included optimizing Amazon OpenSearch Service configurations, configuring AWS DirectConnect for dedicated network connectivity, enabling detailed monitoring with Amazon ECS, and automating knowledge base integration with Amazon Bedrock. DoiT also helped Signaturit Group participate in the AWS Migration Acceleration Program.

Results

  • $7,200 monthly savings compared to pre-migration costs while maintaining performance gains
  • 10% faster deployment speed, shortening time-to-delivery for new product versions
  • Successfully supporting 20% annual growth in transactions without incident
  • Reduced latency during peak usage periods with improved scalability and reliability

Using DoiT to migrate to AWS has prepared us for the future. With the benefits of scalability, flexibility, and improved performance, combined with an optimized cost structure, it's clear we made the right choice.

Pablo Sola, Vice President Architecture and R&D, Signaturit Group

Migration Acceleration Program

DoiT guided Signaturit Group to participate in the AWS Migration Acceleration Program, which provided resources to make the migration more affordable and accelerated. The MAP helped plan a smoother migration and reduce the risk of rushing any part of the move. While the value of migrating to AWS was clear regardless, the MAP resources significantly helped with the implementation process.

What's Next

The migration has prepared Signaturit Group for future growth with enhanced scalability, flexibility, and improved performance combined with an optimized cost structure. The company is now well-positioned to handle continued growth while maintaining the security and compliance requirements essential to their trust services business.

What they say

Software Projects

Connecting IBM and AWS privately was the piece we needed to get right, and we wanted to move faster on it than we could on our own. DoiT worked through the options with us, found the subnet overlap that was breaking the routing, and made it stable. That unblocked everything else.

DevOps Lead, Software Projects

Shasta Cloud

Attribute™'s platform is truly unique. We now have crystal-clear visibility into our cloud spend at the workload and tenant level, and that insight has already led to actionable savings and powerful insights as we further scale our service.

Paul White, VP of Engineering, Shasta Cloud

Flooid

We have worked with DoiT for many years, and there has been an increasing number of capabilities and features in DoiT Cloud Intelligence. We've embedded features such as Cloud Analytics and Reports in our own FinOps processes, it's become core to what we do.

Accrete AI

This has let us get a better idea of what our cost of goods sold really is. It's not every day you come across something that delivers value as quickly as yours did for us. I was seeing useful insights inside the POC, and we had only deployed it to a couple of real clusters.

Jason Moore, Principal DevOps Engineer, Accrete AI
