MomentumX is a technology company that builds cutting-edge products for digital media companies. Its primary objective with DoiT was to successfully execute a complete migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS). In addition, DoiT supported MomentumX in reviewing existing documentation and ensuring all key stakeholders were aligned across the migration plan.
The Challenge
MomentumX needed to migrate to AWS while maintaining highly secure systems, eliminating single points of failure, ensuring high availability and scalability, and reducing infrastructure costs. As an internationally recognized brand in a competitive market, reputation management was critical throughout the migration process.

DoiT conducted comprehensive architecture review sessions with all stakeholders to design and implement a modern cloud-based AWS infrastructure. The solution included security workshops, backup and recovery best practices, configuration management automation, cost optimization strategies, and proper account structure with IAM Landing Zone design.

Working with the customer on the current implementation and documentation, DoiT established areas for improvement aligned with best practices. The team ran security workshops, provided best practices for backups and recovery, configuration management, patching and automation, tagging and cost management, assisted with planning the account structure and IAM to provide an appropriate Landing Zone design, provided best practices for advanced monitoring and logging, and delivered ongoing support in the operational elements of the migration to Amazon Web Services.
