Over the years I have focused on building and improving programmes. In some occasions starting from scratch, other times stepping into existing projects and optimising them. My background spans marketing, operations, and customer advocacy. I’ve worked across departments, aligned teams, created workflows, and used data to guide strategic and goal focused decisions.
Over time, I’ve developed a strong focus on structure, collaboration, and efficiency. Through my carrer, I have also enjoyed managing people, leading reporting efforts, and shaping how programmes scale.
