Ava can probably solve IT issues.
Ava cant keep your customers happy and engaged. Not yet anyways.
Please consider this and your automated status tagging practices. Please remember, you customers try AI before they reach out to you, if they reach out to you they have certain expectations, and they arent 'more chatgpt'.
Additionally, there is a gap in Ava's guidance; though mostly spot on, it seems Ava fails to instruct where to find 'Bypass spam filter' configurations - this is a setting that resides in more than one place, and as is my case appears to mislead that the configuration is isolated to compliance rules.
