Hi, I'm Marta. I'm a startup and technology leader with 15+ years of experience helping founders, investors, and high-growth companies scale across EMEA. Before joining DoiT, I spent over 7 at AWS, where I built and led startup programs across EMEA and worked closely with startups, venture capital firms, and ecosystem partners. I'm passionate about innovation, community building, and connecting great people with great opportunities. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two girls, Matilde and Maria Teresa. I'm Portuguese, based in Madrid, and constantly trying (and failing) to reach inbox zero!
