Great support from Kefeng! Ticket creation, followed-up twice through AWS chat to handle and ensure liasing with AWS support went well. He saved time going throught AWS support chats and got things done.
Slightly annoyed by AWS support, I made it very clear that I want PSYNC and they offered an alternative solution that does not fix the current issue.
