I've been in IT sales for the past 17 years (my entire professional career). What motivates me most at work is the people I collaborate and drive outcomes with. The personal relationship aspect is an awesome perk.

While not at work - I'm raising twin 9 year old boys, coaching baseball, and cooking up new recipes for me and my wife. When I have moments away from the fam, I'm listening to music, or catching a long bike ride on the Erie Canal.
