When your team works with sensitive cloud cost and infrastructure data, controlling who gets invited matters. For organizations with compliance requirements or multi-tenant setups, restricting invitations to approved email domains is a basic governance need.
You can now define allowed invite domains per tenant directly in General Settings. When configured, only addresses matching your allowed list can receive invitations, whether those are domains you own or domains from trusted partners. This enforcement covers every invite path in Cloud Intelligence™: the console, IAM, scheduled tasks, and partner provisioning.
- Domain allowlist: Add approved email domains in General Settings to control exactly which addresses your team can invite.
- Audit trail: Every domain addition and removal is logged, giving you a clear record of policy changes.
To get started, open General Settings and configure your allowed invite domains.
Requires Manage Settings and Users Manager permissions.
