Manage all organization subscriptions from one place

Review recipients, edit subscriptions, and bulk unsubscribe across budgets, alerts, reports, and more.

Managing who receives budget alerts, report digests, or dashboard snapshots means clicking through each resource one by one. When someone asks "who's getting these alerts?", the answer requires a tour of the entire console.

The Notification Center now has a Subscriptions tab that pulls every org-wide subscription into a single view.

• Full visibility: See all org-wide subscriptions across budgets, alerts, reports, dashboards, insights, and Commitment Manager in one list, with recipients shown for each.
• Edit recipients in place: Add or remove email and Slack recipients directly from the Subscriptions tab. Changes stay in sync with the original resource, so there's no drift between views.
• Bulk unsubscribe: Select multiple subscriptions and remove yourself or other recipients in one action, instead of opening each resource individually.
• Org-wide admin control: Users with the Manage Settings permission can review and manage every subscription across the organization.
