About Vadim Solovey
Founded DoiT in 2011 and have been here ever since — in every flavor of CTO, co-CEO, and now CEO. I started my career in 1999 building data centers before anyone called it "the cloud," and I've spent the two decades since trying to deliver on what the cloud was actually supposed to be. I still write code most weeks.

DoiT today announced a $250 million fund to acquire companies building autonomous cloud optimization, AI-driven CloudOps, and cloud reliability, performance, and security technology.
The fund follows 40% annual revenue growth in 2024 and recent acquisitions of PerfectScale and LiveDiagrams.
Where the capital goes
DoiT is targeting acquisitions in three areas:
- Autonomous cost optimization for storage, networking, and AI workloads
- AI-driven CloudOps that automate break/fix runbooks in Kubernetes-first environments
- Cloud management focused on reliability, performance, and security
Why now
"FinOps teams have too much data and not enough context," said Vadim Solovey, CEO of DoiT. The fund extends Cloud Intelligence™ with AI capabilities that autonomously optimize rate and usage while balancing security, performance, and reliability.
Cloud bill shouldn't be a mystery
One platform for AI and Cloud optimization.
