Adding a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription should be straightforward: pick your plan, see the cost, and confirm. We redesigned the ordering flow to work exactly that way.

The new flow consolidates what used to be three separate steps into two, putting everything you need on a single page.

• Plan and billing selection: Choose between Annual and Flexible plans, and set your billing frequency to Monthly or Yearly, with options that match the SKU you selected.
• Live cost summary: An order cost card updates in real time as you adjust quantities and plan details, so you know exactly what you will pay before confirming. Initial costs are prorated to the days remaining in the current billing cycle.
• Unified order page: Domain or tenant selection, license type, quantity, and plan options now live on a single Subscription order details step instead of three separate screens.
