DoIT team was awesome. Biggest help would be if they had an emergency button to get higher level help in driving things with GCP. We ran into an issue where GCP didn't have proper provision to accept or take a TT from DoIT on our issue. We got a massive run around from GCP support. The DoIT guys working with us need a way to send a flare to leadership to help escalate big issues.
