Magic Software setzte seit über 15 Jahren auf IBM Lotus Notes – doch der Betrieb dieses Systems wurde zunehmend teuer und zeitaufwendig. Gesucht war eine wartungsärmere Alternative, die die standortübergreifende Infrastruktur durch eine Cloud-Lösung ablöst, die Server-Verfügbarkeit erhöht und den Zugriff von jedem Standort aus erleichtert.
DoiT International, Google Workspace Premier Partner, unterstützte Magic bei der Migration zu Google Workspace: zunächst mit einem zweimonatigen Pilotprojekt, anschließend mit einem schrittweisen Rollout im gesamten Unternehmen. DoiT begleitete den kompletten Migrationsprozess und führte erste Schulungen durch, um eine reibungslose Einführung sicherzustellen.
