  • When attempting to provision GPU VM instances, the error message and related documentation indicated insufficient quota but provided no guidance on how to resolve it (the quota page in the console offered no options to edit or request quota changes). This forced me to contact support for what turned out to be a trivial matter. Additionally, it would be valuable if GCP provided some form of live visibility into the actual availability of scarce resources (such as GPU VMs), rather than advertising them as available and leaving customers to retry provisioning until an attempt succeeds.
