What can I do with Google Workspace in Cloud Intelligence™?
View your subscriptions and license usage, add or remove licenses, add new subscriptions, enable license auto-increase, and assign billing profiles and tags to your Workspace assets.
How does license auto-increase work?
You enable it per subscription and set the minimum number of licenses to keep available at all times. If every license is already assigned when you first enable it, add or remove a license once to trigger the first run.
Can I reduce the number of licenses?
Only on Flexible plans. Removed licenses are deducted and reflected on the next month's invoice.
How am I billed?
Invoices are issued monthly per billing profile. On the Flexible plan you pay for licensed users, on the Annual plan for the licenses you committed to, calculated per day so mid-month changes are prorated.
Can I see Google Workspace costs in reports?
Yes. In Cloud Analytics, filter the Provider or Service field by Google Workspace. The first full month of Workspace billing data is January 2025.
Can I move an existing subscription to you?
Yes, with no downtime. Generate a Transfer Token in the Google Admin console using our reseller identifier, then open an expert inquiry with the token. Tokens expire after 14 days.
