DoiT führte ein AWS Well-Architected Framework Review durch und setzte Infrastructure as Code mit refaktorierten, wiederverwendbaren Modulen um. Das Team containerisierte die Anwendungen auf Amazon ECS und integrierte AWS CodePipeline für einen automatisierten Build-, Test- und Deployment-Lifecycle. DoiT lieferte produktionsreife Terraform-Module und stand F45 bei Anpassung und Integration hands-on zur Seite.

Damit jede Software vor dem Release gründlich und effizient getestet wird, brauchte das Team von F45 Training Unterstützung bei der Software-Auslieferung. Im regelmäßigen Austausch mit DoiT brachte F45 den Bedarf an CI/CD-Pipelines und Infrastructure-as-Code-Templates (IaC) auf den Tisch – Ziel war die vollständige Automatisierung der Provisionierung einer Single-Tenant-Umgebung. Genau hier liegt eine Kernkompetenz von DoiT.
Das Client-Services-Projekt von DoiT mit F45 Training startete mit einem AWS Well-Architected Framework Review der bestehenden Architektur und Dokumentation für die auf AWS gehosteten Anwendungen. Cloud-Architekten und Engineers von DoiT bewerteten, dokumentierten und analysierten, wie diese Anwendungen bereitgestellt und betrieben wurden. Das Review identifizierte zwei zentrale Hürden für eine reibungslose Software-Auslieferung bei F45: den laufenden Infrastrukturbetrieb und die Zuverlässigkeit des Deployments.
Um die Betriebskomplexität zu reduzieren, setzte DoiT Infrastructure as Code (IaC) mit refaktorierten, wiederverwendbaren Modulen um. Das DevOps-Team empfahl, die Anwendungen zu containerisieren und auf Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) zu betreiben – für einen einheitlichen, standardisierten Infrastrukturansatz über das gesamte Anwendungs-Portfolio. F45 übertrug dieses Modell anschließend auf vier weitere Anwendungen im Stack.
Für mehr Release-Zuverlässigkeit schlug DoiT die Integration von AWS CodePipeline vor, um Build-, Test- und Deployment-Lifecycle zu automatisieren. Diese Automatisierung sorgt für schnellere, verlässlichere Releases und reduziert das Risiko menschlicher Fehler deutlich. Für einen reibungslosen Übergang lieferte DoiT produktionsreife Terraform-Module und passte sie gemeinsam mit F45 eng an dessen spezifische Anforderungen an.
Unterm Strich hat die Zusammenarbeit von DoiT und F45 Training zu einer zuverlässigeren, skalierbareren und effizienteren Architektur geführt – so kann sich F45 auf seine Kernziele konzentrieren. Mit der neuen Lösung steht F45 Training eine Bibliothek aus Infrastructure-as-Code-Templates zur Verfügung, mit der sich Compute-Plattform und Deployment-Modell standardisieren lassen und die operative Effizienz steigt. Nach drei Wochen Projektlaufzeit hatte F45 die Templates für vier Anwendungen im Stack übernommen, getestet und produktiv ausgerollt.
