Sign-in alerts: Get notified when a new device accesses your account
Automatic email notifications and audit logs for unrecognized browser sign-ins.
By Amit Asayag
Knowing who signed in to your console and from where shouldn't require guesswork. Cloud Intelligence™ now sends you an email whenever your account is accessed from a browser it hasn't seen before.
"New device" here means any unrecognized browser or profile. Switching browsers, clearing cookies, or going incognito all trigger an alert.
- Sign-in email alerts: Get an automatic notification with the sign-in time, browser, operating system, and authentication method (Google, Microsoft, SAML, password, and others).
- IP and location context: Each alert includes the sign-in IP address and approximate location when available, so you can quickly assess whether the activity looks expected.
- Audit trail: New-device sign-ins are recorded as
user.signed-in-from-new-deviceevents in your customer audit logs for compliance and review. - No added login friction: Detection runs entirely in the background. It never blocks, delays, or interrupts your sign-in.
To get started, sign in to the Cloud Intelligence™ console. You'll receive an alert the next time you use an unrecognized browser.
