Introducing Contract Templates: Define billing rules once and apply them at scale

Build reusable contract configurations in PartnerOps and assign them to customers in bulk.

If you manage contracts across a network of resellers and end customers, you know the routine: the same billing rules, price rules, and custom line items configured from scratch for each new contract. Contract Templates in PartnerOps put an end to that.

You can now:

• Build reusable templates: Create contract templates that bundle billing rules, price rules, and custom line items into a single reusable configuration. Edit, duplicate, or archive them as your terms evolve.
• Apply templates at contract creation: Select a template when creating a new contract to pre-populate all rules and line items automatically. No more configuring each one from scratch.
• Assign templates in bulk: Apply a template to multiple end customers at once. Whether you're onboarding a batch of new resellers or rolling out updated terms, you can do it without touching each contract individually.

We built this after hearing from partners managing thousands of contracts. The goal was simple: define your commercial terms once, then reuse them everywhere.
