Trusted by teams that automate their FinOps response with Zapier
Connect once, automate everywhere
Wire DoiT into Zapier with an API key
Open the Zapier card in the DoiT Console, sign in to Zapier, and connect your DoiT account using your Platform API key. From there, start with a pre-built Zap template or build your own — pick a DoiT trigger, choose a downstream app, and publish. No custom code, no scheduled exports.

What you get
Automate the FinOps response your team would do by hand
The triggers, actions, and templates operators reach for when they want DoiT signals to drive real workflows.

Triggers for the events that matter
Start a Zap on a new cost anomaly, alert notification, budget threshold surpassed, new invoice, new cloud service, or new cloud incident.

Run reports as actions
Use Run Report or Query Cloud Analytics actions to pull DoiT data into any Zap step.

Pre-built Zap templates
Start from templates for Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, GitHub, monday.com, and more.

Filter and format inline
Use Zapier's built-in Filter, Formatter, and Schedule steps to refine when and how DoiT signals fire.

Fan out to thousands of apps
Push DoiT events into PagerDuty for paging, Jira or GitHub for tickets, Slack or Discord for chat, and any of Zapier's 6,000+ connected apps.

Scoped API access
DoiT connects to Zapier with a Platform API key you control and can rotate or revoke at any time.
Zapier turns DoiT events into multi-step automations across the apps your teams already use.

Frequently asked
questions
How do I connect DoiT to Zapier?
From the DoiT Console, go to Data ingestion and integrations > Integrations, open the Zapier card, and select Manage or Connect. Sign in to Zapier and authenticate using your DoiT Platform API key. You can then build Zaps from the DoiT Console or directly on Zapier.
Which DoiT events can start a Zap?
DoiT exposes six triggers: New Cost Anomaly, New Alert Notification, Budget Threshold Surpassed, New Service, New Cloud Incident, and New Invoice. Most are instant triggers that fire as soon as the event is detected.
What can DoiT do as a Zap action?
Two actions are available today: Run Report executes an existing Cloud Analytics report, and Query Cloud Analytics runs an ad-hoc query against your cloud cost and usage data in DoiT.
Are there pre-built Zap templates?
Yes. DoiT publishes templates that wire common triggers to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira Software Cloud, GitHub, monday.com, Google Chat, Discord, and PagerDuty, plus a weekly ChatGPT-summarized report into Slack.
How do I scope or filter which events trigger a Zap?
Use Zapier's built-in Filter, Formatter, and Schedule steps to narrow events by account, service, threshold, or time window before firing the downstream action.
What permissions does the integration need?
Zapier connects with your DoiT Platform API key and can only perform the triggers and actions DoiT exposes. You can rotate or revoke the API key at any time to immediately cut access.
Where do I build my Zaps?
You can create and edit Zaps directly inside the DoiT Console after connecting, or work on the Zapier platform using the DoiT app page and templates.
Is the Zapier integration available on every plan?
Workflow integrations are included with DoiT Cloud Intelligence. A Zapier account is required separately, and Zapier's own plan limits apply to task volume and multi-step Zaps.
