We are launching Feedback for a Cause initiative! This is a unique opportunity for you to help us improve our services while directing funds to the causes you believe in.

As part of this program we will donate $2 for every piece of meaningful feedback you provide on the support requests you open with us. By "meaningful," we mean any feedback that goes beyond a simple "Thank you" or “Bad support”.

We welcome all types of feedback, both positive and negative, as it all contributes to our growth and improvement.

Please note that during the pilot stage, this program is only available to our US customers. If you are based in the US, you will see the new feedback UI as follows:


The list of charities for this pilot program is predefined. If there's a charity you strongly believe should be included, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll consider adding it (although we can't make any promises).

If you provide us with meaningful feedback within a given month, we will send you a report at the beginning of the following month detailing how much money was donated and to which charities, all thanks to your valuable feedback.
