Vadim Solovey

Chief Executive Officer

Vadim Solovey is the Chief Executive Officer at DoiT. Spearheading the enterprise since its inception in 2011. He is committed to unlocking the expansive possibilities intrinsic to the cloud environment. Today, he dedicates a substantial part of his role to future-proofing the business. His leadership is characterized by a blend of strategic foresight and tactical execution, striking the perfect balance between steering the company’s long-term trajectory and ensuring operational excellence in the here and now. It’s this blend of vision and action that continues to propel DoiT on its path of consistent innovation and growth.

In his role at DoiT, Vadim adopts a unique approach to leadership, viewing the organization itself as a product, with the employees as its end-users. This perspective informs his management style, nurturing a work environment that values each individual’s contribution and promotes their professional growth. He envisions the business as a continually evolving entity, always anticipating what’s on the horizon while maintaining a keen focus on present commitments.

In his previous capacity as CTO of DoiT, Vadim played a vital role in the creation of pivotal offerings like Cloud Analytics, BigQuery Lens, Spot Scaling, and Flexsave. In the foundational years of the organization, Vadim conceptualized and instituted the customer reliability engineering service, a significant milestone that assisted thousands of companies in realizing the genuine potential of the public cloud.

Tracing his roots back to 1995 in Israel, Vadim began his journey in the tech industry as a software engineer, sharpening his skills over the years to pioneer innovative solutions in the field. Before establishing DoiT, Vadim co-founded and nurtured WE! Consulting Group, transforming it into a successful private data center business boasting annual revenues of $20M. His entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with his robust technical expertise, has been instrumental in shaping the trajectory of DoiT during more than a decade.

As a Google Developer Expert and an ambassador for the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, Vadim also empowers digital native businesses to navigate and streamline their public cloud expenditure via innovative technology.

Steve Mills

Chief Operating Officer

Steve Mills is the Chief Operating Officer at DoiT, responsible for aligning Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and People Strategy to drive long-term, sustainable growth. Since joining the company, Steve has played a key role in scaling DoiT’s go-to-market strategy and building a high-performing revenue organization. Previously serving as Chief Revenue Officer and leading North America Sales, he brings over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operational leadership.

Steve is an energetic and results-oriented leader who is committed to building effective teams that are hyper-focused on customer outcomes and satisfaction, delivering rapid growth across key segments and complex cloud ecosystems. Since joining the company in 2022, Steve has been instrumental in rapidly accelerating DoiT’s leadership position in the Americas region with 2.5X revenue growth and geographic expansion across US, Canada, and LATAM markets.

Prior to joining DoiT, Steve held several go-to-market executive positions spanning Rackspace Technology and NTT Ltd.

John Purcell

Chief Product Officer

John Purcell is the chief product officer (CPO) of DoiT and oversees the global research and development (R&D) team and the DoiT product portfolio. At DoiT, John has built a product organization from the ground up, scaled the global R&D organization 5x, and drove core product strategy to reinforce the value that DoiT provides to customers. With 25+ years of experience leading business and technology strategy for enterprise SaaS companies, John carries the organizational, operational, and technological expertise that turns high-growth tech companies into clear market leaders.


John’s experience creating and transforming product organizations at global enterprise SaaS companies has significantly contributed to DoiT’s growth and innovation across our product team. He strongly believes that great people make great teams, and great teams make great organizations – and because of this, is committed to building and developing empowered and accountable teams, and a winning organization. Through John’s leadership, DoiT’s product team has been able to build and refine products that resolve challenging cloud problems for customers and align with market and industry trends.


Prior to joining DoiT, John was vice president of products at CloudHealth, where he transformed its product team to scale from ~75 to ~200 people, and modernize products while continuing to innovate and expand the product portfolio. John also held product leadership roles at companies like mabl, SmartBear Software, and LogMeIn.


John is an advisor for several firms, including Glasswing Ventures, Sync Computing, and Underscore VC. He holds a master’s degree in business from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from University College Dublin.

Kristen Tronsky

Chief People Officer

Kristen Tronsky is the chief people officer (CPO) of DoiT and is responsible for all functional areas of human resources. With 18+ years of experience across people strategy, operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and more, Kristen’s role is instrumental to our employee base, affectionately known as “Do’ers.” In her time at DoiT, Kristen has scaled the people strategy team and function from the ground up while also serving as chief of staff to the CEO.

Kristen’s experience leading and scaling HR organizations at a variety of technology companies make her a strong fit for DoiT’s growing business. Her collaboration across business verticals within finance, go-to-market, client services, and R&D organizations is crucial to our organizational growth and global footprint. Since joining the company, she has supported DoiT’s growth from 50 to 550+ employees across 15+ countries while serving as a champion for culture-led environment combined with pragmatic business strategy rooted in operational efficiency. This has translated to incredible and impactful experiences for Do’ers around the world, as evidenced by many awards, 4.7 star rating on Glassdoor, and an industry leading Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS) of 70.

Prior to joining DoiT, Kristen was chief of staff at CloudHealth by VMware, partnering directly with the CEO and general manager to drive the rhythm of the business, strategic planning process, monthly business operating reviews, organizational health, and more as a newly-acquired company in continued hyper growth. Prior to that, she led human resources at CloudHealth. She has also held several roles across companies like Altisource Labs and Sophos.

Kristen holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is also an experienced people strategy consultant and board advisor. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.

Jaret Chiles

Chief Customer Officer

Jaret Chiles is the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at DoiT, responsible for the full post-sales customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to technical enablement and long-term success. With over 25 years of experience across consulting, managed services, cloud adoption, technical sales, security, and compliance, Jaret plays a critical role in driving DoiT’s customer-centric strategy.

Jaret leads a unified team across Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE), Technical Account Management (TAM), Customer Success Management (CSM), and Product Support Services (PSS), aligning expert guidance with the value of DoiT’s platform. Under his leadership, DoiT combines unrivaled deep technical expertise with a scalable, SaaS-based delivery approach that helps customers realize continuous value and drive sustained growth across their cloud environments.

Jaret has helped some of the world’s largest IT organizations and some of the most successful startups realize the true value of the cloud, enabling high revenue growth and positive market disruption. At DoiT, he maintains this passion by helping the Client Services organization keep pace with industry trends that can benefit customers. This involves regularly expanding services capabilities and partner competencies, while continuing to delight customers day in and day out.

Prior to joining DoiT, Jaret was vice president of consulting services at Mission, responsible for the client services arm of the business. He also served in numerous roles at Rackspace, spanning engineering, cybersecurity, and professional services and enablement. Throughout his career working with top-tier cloud partners, he has helped scale organizations, nurture strong core-value centric culture, and drive a passion for customer satisfaction.

With engineering roots, Jaret held many technical certifications throughout his career and regularly spends time studying process improvement methodologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.

Amit Kinha

Field Chief Technology Officer

Amit Kinha serves as Field Chief Technology Officer at DoiT, where he guides the vision and roadmap for the DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ platform and advocates for FinOps best practices across the industry. His leadership ensures that FinOps practitioners and business leaders have the actionable insights needed to maximize the value of every cloud workload.

Before joining DoiT, Amit was Director of Cloud FinOps at Citigroup, spearheading product and engineering initiatives to develop in-house FinOps tools, optimize multi-cloud spending, and shape the company’s broader cloud strategy. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years at Goldman Sachs as a software engineer, contributing to major projects such as the Apple Card and Marcus.

A recognized leader in the global FinOps community, Amit is a FinOps Foundation Ambassador and serves on the Steering Committee for the FinOps Open Cost and Usage Specification (FOCUS) standard. He has also shared his expertise at industry events, including the FinOps Foundation’s NYC Roadshow and FinOps X.

Amir Banet

General Manager, PerfectScale

Amir Banet is the General Manager of PerfectScale by DoiT, overseeing the integration and continued growth of PerfectScale’s Kubernetes optimization and operations solutions within DoiT’s platform. In this role, Amir focuses on expanding PerfectScale’s impact, ensuring customers maximize efficiency, performance, and cost savings in their Kubernetes environments.

With over 20 years of experience in software development and product management, Amir has built and led product teams and has successfully driven product strategies in both fast-growing startups and large enterprises, balancing rapid innovation with scalable execution, at Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP), SeaLights (acquired by Tricentis), and Samanage (acquired by SolarWinds), creating solutions that streamline the work of developers, DevOps, QA, and IT professionals. 

Before joining DoiT, Amir was the CEO and Co-Founder of PerfectScale, where he led the company in developing industry-leading automation and optimization solutions for Kubernetes environments. Under his leadership, PerfectScale gained recognition for its ability to help businesses improve cloud efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure application reliability.

Amir holds a B.S. in Communication Engineering from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. 

Throughout his career, Amir has been passionate about developing technology that simplifies complex cloud operations and empowers organizations to innovate faster. At DoiT, he is committed to driving continuous improvement, ensuring customers benefit from the most advanced cloud optimization capabilities available.
