Do we need to set up a new Google Cloud billing account to work with DoiT?
In most cases, yes. DoiT creates a dedicated Google Cloud billing account for you, and your existing projects attach to it, typically a same-day move. If you ever leave, projects detach just as easily and move back to your own billing account.
How does DoiT access our Google Cloud environment, and can we limit it?
Read-only by default, through a least-privilege IAM service account. For hands-on work, like an incident or a quota increase, access is scoped to service-account impersonation limited to one designated service account, not standing account access. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified.
We already work with a Google Cloud reseller. What's actually different about switching to DoiT?
Most resellers pass through billing. DoiT's Forward Deployed Engineers work inside your environment on architecture reviews, rightsizing, and incident support, on top of Cloud Intelligence's cost visibility and automation. AWS, GCP, and Azure reselling comes at no markup.
