The Challenge
As Current scaled its platform and customer base, its cloud infrastructure rapidly became more complex across multi-region deployments. The infrastructure team in charge of cost accountability needed proactive, real-time intelligence to prevent and detect anomalies and optimize workloads quickly before inefficiencies became expensive issues. “Since its launch, we have been using cost anomaly regularly. It is a very easy workflow. We get alerted on any anomalies and changes, and often, that can kick off an incident. That proactive communication keeps us from having to do the retroactive investigation.” shares Trevor.
